摘　　要：射频功放的线性化是无线通信领域中的关键技术;而非线性动态模型在功放的线性化研究中起着至关重要的作用。通过对广泛应用的非线性动态模型进行总结和性能上的比较,从而得出不同模型的适用范围和优缺点,特别是对带记忆效应的非线性动态模型进行了详细的探讨。The linearization of RF power is the key technique in the wireless communication, also the nonlinear beavioral modeling has important influence in the study of the linearization of RF Power. In this paper, the nonlinear behavioral modeling used abroad is introduced, summarized and compared about their performance. At last, the applied field, merit and demerit of the different modeling have been achieved; especially the behavioral modeling with memory effects is analyzed particularly.
