摘  要:根据电控喷油器驱动的要求,设计出一种基于单片机PIC18F458的电控喷油器智能驱动模块。该模块利用PIC18F458内部集成的比较器功能模块和输入捕捉功能模块CCP1和CCP2实现多个喷油电磁阀驱动,采用高低端驱动技术以及电路反馈技术实现了驱动电流提升和保持,并且具有故障检测和诊断功能。试验中该模块实现了设计的10 A提升电流和5A保持电流并满足其时效性,同时它能提供的最小喷油脉宽为0.4 ms,最小喷油间隔为0.5ms,满足了电磁阀驱动电路的要求。According to the requirements of an electronically controlled injector driving solenoid, an intelligent driving module based on Microcontroller PIC18F458 was introduced in this paper. This module uses the integrated compare module and input capture module of PIC18F458 to drive solenoid. Base on the technology of high side and low side driving and the theory of circuit feedback, this module can implement the function of current rising and current holding. Meanwhile it also has the function of error detection. The experiment res.ults show that this module will implement the rising current(10 A)and the holding current(5 A) in time and will also provide the minimum injection pulse-width of 0.4 ms and the minimum injection interval of 0.5 ms. The intelligent driving module can meet the requirements of solenoid valve driving circuits.
