摘 要:在稳流气道试验台上研究了所研制的四气门汽油机可变斜轴涡流系统对进气道流通特性和涡流特性的影响.研究结果表明:在任意的斜轴涡流控制阀轴线与曲轴轴线夹角情况下,进气道的流通系数随着阀片开度的增大而逐渐减小,当阀片开度为0°时进气道的流通系数最大为0.82,流通系数调节范围为0.13~0.82;当斜轴涡流控制阀轴线与曲轴轴线夹角为30°,阀片开度为45°时,进气终了涡流比达到最大值为0.11,进气终了涡流比的变化范围为0.01~0.11.The variable inclined swirl system of a four-valve gasoline engine was developed. The effects of the system on intake flow characteristics and swirl characteristics of a four-valve engine were measured on a steady flow rig. The results show that at any angle between the axis of inclined swirl control valve and that of crank, the flow coefficient decreases while the valve opens. The maximum flow coefficient is 0.82 when valve opens 0. The flow coefficient is variable between 0.13 and 0.82. The maximum swirl at the end of induction stroke is 0. 11 when the angle between the axis of inclined swirl control valve and that of crank is 30 and the valve opens 45. The swirl ratio at the end of induction stroke is variable between 0.01 and 0.11.
