摘  要:对高低周复合载荷作用下微动疲劳寿命预测方法进行了研究。首先,进行了高低周复合载荷作用下的桥式试件和榫联接试件的微动疲劳试验。其次,对微动疲劳中的力学参数进行分析,提出了将力学参数分为应力状态参数和微动摩擦参数两类。用边界元法对试件接触表面的参数进行分析。最后,基于数值分析和试验结果,建立了合金钢在高低周复合载荷作用和受钛合金微动作用时的微动疲劳寿命预测公式,并将其应用于样联接试件的寿命计算,结果令人满意。In this paper,a study is carried out for the prediction of fretting-fatigue life under high-low cyclecomplex loading. Firstly,the fretting-fatigue tests of bridge-like specimens and dovetail joint specimens are conducted under high-low cycle complex loading. Next,the mechanical parameters in fretting fatigue of the specimensare analysed and divided into stress state parameters and fretting wear parameters. Stress parameters are high--lowcycle complex and biaxial. In the paper,the equivalent stress σ-1E of stress state parameters is formulated and thefriction work W is used to express the effects of fretting wear parameters on fretting fatigue. The application ofBoundary Element Method to the analysis of mechanical parameters on the contact surface shows that σ-1E and Ware relatively large in the vicinity of fretting fatigue crack. Finally,on the basis of the numerical analysis and experimental data,the equation of fretting-fatigue life prediction is proposed for alloy steel fretted by titanium alloy. Theequation is employed to calculate the fretting fatigue life of the dovetail joint and the results are satisfactory.
