左旋咪唑治疗复发性口疮的远期效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨左旋咪唑治疗复发性口疮（ROU）的远期疗效.方法左旋咪唑片饭后口服50 mg,3次/d,连服3 d,以后分别隔7,14,28 d 各再服3 d,67 d 一个疗程,用药总量2 250 mg,同时发作期给予局部对症处理.结果 94.8%的病人获得1～4年的随访.1,2,3,4年的随访例数分别为238例,175例,56例,40例;复发率分别为6.3%,7.4%,10.7%,20.0%.结论左旋咪唑能够使ROU的复发次数明显减少,对ROU的远期治疗有重要价值.Objective To evaluate the long-term efficacy of levamisole to recurrent oral ulcer （ROU）. Methods Levamisole （50mg） was taken orally after meal three times per day for three days. The treatment was repeated respectively after 7, 14 and 28 days. The course of treatment was 67 clays and the total amount was 2,250mg. Results Of the patients, 94.8% were followed up 1-4years. The recurrence rates of l , 2 , 3 and 4 years were 6. 3% , 7. 4% , 10.7%,20.0%, respectively. Conclusion Levamisole can significantly reduce the frequency of ROU and has essential value on the long-term efficacy on ROU.
