降纤酶联合金纳多注射液治疗急性期脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用降纤酶联合金纳多注射液治疗急性期脑梗死的疗效。方法发病6￣24h脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例在发病第1、2、4天分别给予降纤酶10、10和10U颈动脉注射,并每日给予金纳多注射液70mg静滴,每日1次,连续3周;对照组予生理盐水250mL+金纳多注射液70mg静滴,每日1次,连续3周。治疗前、治疗后3周、3个月观察两组神经功能缺损情况改变、纤维蛋白原检测结果。结果观察组神经功能缺损程度评分结果,总有效率及纤维蛋白原测定结果均优于对照组(均P<0.05),未见明显副作用。结论应用降纤酶联合金纳多注射液治疗急性期脑梗死疗效优于单用金纳多,疗效可靠、安全。[Objective] To observe the effect of defibrase combining ginaton injectin on acute cerebral infarction. [Method] 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction coming on for 6-24 hours （h） were divided into two groups： the observed group and the controlled group. The observed group （50 cases） was treated with defibrase 10 U, 10 U, 10 U separately by cervical artery in the first day, the second day, the forth day, at meantime ginaton injection 70 mg was given every day for 3 weeks. The controlled group was given 0.9% saline 250 mL ＋ ginaton injection 70 mg every day for 3 weeks. Observing the neurological function defect scale and level of plasmas fibrinogen before treating, three-week and three-month after treating. [Results] The observed group was superior to the controlled group in neurological function defect scale and level of plasmas fibrinogen （P 〈0.05）. Have not seen the obvious side effect. [Conclusion] The effect was reliable and safety in using defibrase combining ginaton injection in treating acute cerebral infarction effect.
