摘  要:为了弥补传统气压表(空盒式、弯管式等)精度低、显示单一的缺点,开发了一种由Philips87C552单片机控制的数字气压表。在开发过程中,利用微控制器强劲的运算能力处理多种数据以实现多个参数的同屏实时显示,采用先进的算法消除硅压力传感器的固有失真以提高测量的精度,采用菜单式人机界面以方便用户操作。该表可以同屏显示被测气体压力、大气压力、真空度、日历,并具有工作参数的调整、报警、密码保护、RS485网络接口等功能。试用表明,仪表完全克服了传统气压表的缺陷,达到了良好的效果。In order to compensate flaws of traditional barometer (dial barometer, siphon barometer, etc), such as low precision and single display value, a digital barometer controlled by single chip micro- controller of Philips 87C552 is developed. During the development process, multi-data processing is implemented by strong computing power of 87C552 in order to display many parameters on the same LCD screen, advanced algorithm is adopted to compensate silicon pressure transducer's inherent distortion so as to get a high precision, menu man-machine interface is introduced to simplify users' operation. The meter can display the aimed air pressure, atmosphere pressure, vacuum value and calendar accurately at real time. Besides, it has many other functions, such as working parameters' configuration, alarm, password protection, RS485 protocol interface. Probation shows that the meter overcomes traditional barometers' limitations, and worked well.
