摘 要:选用日龄16~19d断奶仔猪124头,分5个处理,分别为对照组、0.2%半乳甘露寡糖组及0.1%,0.2%,0.3%儿茶素组,比较各处理对生长性能和免疫器官的影响。结果表明:添加儿茶素高剂量组第一周日增重高于对照组,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),第2周差异显著(P〈0.05),采食量无明显差异,对免疫器官的促进生长作用高于对照组,差异不显著(P〉0.05),与半乳甘露寡糖对照组相比,差异均不显著。说明儿茶素与半乳甘露寡糖作用差异并不明显,均有促进作用。124 (16- 19 d)weaning pigs were divided randomly into five groups for different treatments, control group was fed basal diet, group 1,2,3,4 was fed basal diet fortified 0.2 % Galacto-mannan-oligosaccharide, 0.1%, 0.2 % ,0.3 % catechin . The experiment was designed to compare the growth performance and immune organ of weaning pigs of different groups. The results show that: Compare with control group, after the first week, the growth performance and immune organ of experiment groups was higher, but not significantly(P 〉 0.05), but at the second week, the ADG was increase significantly(P 〈 0.05), compare with the Galacto-mannan-oligosaccharide, the effect of catechin group was nearly, so the function of catechin was similar to Galacto-mannan-oligosaccharide. It could be use in the animal nutrition industry.
