颌下型舌下腺囊肿的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨特殊类型的舌下腺囊肿的临床特点及治疗。方法回顾性分析1996—2003年诊治的18例颌下型舌下腺囊肿的临床资料。结果18例颌下型舌下腺囊肿均行手术治愈。结论舌下腺过度发育并超越下颌舌骨肌及该肌的发育薄弱等因素均可诱发本病发生；舌下腺及其囊肿一并切除是最有效的治疗方法，可防止复发。Objective To find the clinical features and treating methods for the sublingual gland cyst of the submaxillary type. Methods 18 clincal data of submaxillary type cyst of sublingual gland from 1996 to 2003 were analyzed. Results 18 clincal data on submaxillary type cyst of sublingual gland were cured by surgical operations. Conclusion The excessive development of the sublingual gland and developing defect of myloohyoid muscle should result in the submaxillary type sublingual gland cyst. The resection of the sublingual gland and its cysts is the best effective treatment and can prevent the recurrence of cyst.
