摘　　要：高技术正在成为经济增长和提高地区竞争力的关键因素.对江苏高技术企业生产经营基本情况、科技活动情况和经济效益进行了分析评价,并就加快高技术企业发展提出了若干政策建议.High technologies are becoming the crucial factors in economic growth and sharpening regional competitive edge. Analysis and evaluation are made on the basic production and management, the scientific and technological exercises and the economic results of the high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu. Put forth are several policy suggestions for accelerating the development of the high-tech enterprises.
