摘 要:汉族教师为民族地区教育的发展做出了历史性的贡献,是民族地区社会、经济和文化事业发展的一支重要推动力量,是密切藏汉关系、联系藏汉文化、形成中华民族共同体的强有力纽带。但是,由于种种原因,一部分教师包括汉族教师,责任心不强且不安心本职工作。这种状况既不利于教育质量的提高,又会对民族团结造成一定影响。经过访谈与问卷调查后分析认为:在提高教学质量和对学生进行思想教育上,汉族教师有责任心强的一面,但在协调学校与社会和家庭的关系方面、在参与学校管理方面、在学习教育理论方面的责任心相对较弱。As an important force to promote the development of society, economy and culture in ethnic regions and a link between Tibetan and Han cultures nation, the Han teachers have made historic contributions to regions. However, due to various reasons, some Han teachers in forming a strong unity of the Chinese the development of education in ethnic lack responsibility and do not settle down to their work, which hinders the improvement of teaching quality and will affect ethnic unity. analysis of interviews and questionnaires, the writer thinks that the Han teachers are more responsible in improving teaching quality and conducting students' ideological education than in aspects of coordinating the relationship between schools and society as well as families, participating school management and studying educational theories.
