摘　　要：培养“四有”公民、促进人的全面发展,主要应从以下十个方面着手:以科学的理论武装人、以高尚的精神塑造人、以远大的理想激励人、以先进的道德规范人、以严明的法纪约束人、以正确的舆论引导人、以优良的环境熏陶人、以扎实的教育造就人、以优秀的作品鼓舞人、以细致的思想政治工作教育人。Cuhivating excellent citizen and accelerating person＇s whole development include that the person is equipped by scient theory, is shaped by magnificent spirit, is inspired by long-range ideal, is normed by advanced moral, is restricted by strict law, is guided by rightly consensus, is edified by good circumstance, is trained by well-knit education, is inspired by the excellent works and is educated by the meticulous ideology polity works.
