摘 要:服务链是集中协调企业内部资源,向顾客提供超值的产品和服务的组织。加强服务链各环节的整合,增强服务过程中的附加值,有助于企业竞争优势的提升。正确处理服务链各环节的利益定位、建立服务链连动机制、提高员工满意度是构建企业服务链的关键。The service chain management is an organization to centrally coordinate the inner sources in the corporations, offering the overvalue productions and services. It's helpful to promote the competition advantages for corporations by enhancing every parts of the service chain integration, and increasing the added value during the service course. It is the most important to deal with the profit relation properly, build the service chain connected system and to increase the satisfaction degree of the staff for developing the service chain management.
