端齿传动分析及应用

摘　　要：介绍了端齿传动具有结构紧凑,承载能力高,耐磨寿命长等特性,采用恰当的大小齿轮齿数组合,可以获得很大的传动比;论述了端齿传动的基本结构和啮合原理;讨论了内啮合端齿传动的几何关系及基本啮合方程;最后分析了端齿传动在沥青泵传动、磨碎机传动以及在2K+1行星减速器传动中的应用。Deals with the advantages of geadfive such as a close structure, many bear abitity and a long life of friction. Wish appropriate match of big and small gears, a big transmission rate can be achieved. The basic theory of end gear drive is introduced and the inner matching gears drive equation is discussed. At the end, the application of the gear drive in asphalt pump transmission, grind transmission and ＂2K ＋ 1＂ planet reducer transimission is introduced.
