胆囊壁隆起性病变的B超诊断体会

摘　　要：对４０例胆囊壁隆起性病变的Ｂ超诊断结果对照手术及病理结果总结分析：良性病变占全部病例的８２．５％（３３例），恶性病变占１７．５％（７例）。提出与恶性病变可能相关的因素：病员的性别、年龄、症状、病变的个数、大小及是否伴发结石等。The results of forty cases of ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder wall swollen disease were compared with those of operation and pathology. Results show that 82.5% (33 cases) are benign, 17.5 % (7 cases) of them are maligant. The probably relative factors are also pointed: sex, symptom, quantity, size of the disease, and other accompanied with gallstone et al.
