摘 要:为快速恰当地重用企业现有知识,提出了将企业的知识管理的业务逻辑与知识处理事务分开,建立基于多代理和知识服务的敏捷化知识重用模型,给出了敏捷知识重用系统的定义。深入研究了知识管理业务逻辑的规则模型和软件代理的活动行为模型,建立了基于多代理的规则协调模式,实现对知识服务的敏捷调用,从而有效地支持知识的动态重用和知识使用过程的动态重组,增强知识管理系统的分布式处理能力和规模可扩展能力。最后,通过一个实例进一步说明了所给模型的应用。Aiming at quick and proper reuse of existing knowledge in enterprises, a new idea was advanced that separated the business logic of knowledge management from the transactions of knowledge process, Furthermore, an agile knowledge reuse model based on multi-Agent and knowledge service was constructed and agile knowledge reuse system was defined. To realize the agile transference of knowledge service, a rule- coordination mode based on multi-Agent was established through study on the rule model of business logic and the activity- action model of the software Agent. In this way, the dynamic reuse of knowledge and the dynamic regrouping of knowledge using process reuse could be supported effectively, the process-distribution capability and extensible function of knowledge management system could also be increased. Finally, a case study was given to illustrate the application of this model.
