摘 要:在分散制造环境下,为使用户的各种需求快速地反馈到产品开发过程的相应环节上,提出了同步响应的产品开发过程规划方法。该方法在构造基于产品语义的过程语义网络基础上,通过功能活动状态互动的同步时序演变来触发事务过程语义解,动态更改过程语义网络上的知识节点语义,使活动向前可追溯,向后可预知,实现过程的快速响应和调整。最后,据此构建了网络化实现平台,并以某汽车空气负离子发生器为例,验证了该规划方法的可行性。To get quick feedback from various demands to corresponding product development process in the distributed manufacturing environment, based on the product semantics the process semantic network was constructed. The product development process layout approach was proposed which imported semantic restriction and real-time statuses interaction among the activities. Then the semantic of the nodes in the process semantic network was changed dynamically, so that the activities could get history information backward and predict forward. It guaranteed product semantic changed timely and process reuse. Finally, a new product development platform was developed. The development process of the negative hydronium generator of automobile was illuminated to verify the feasibility of this approach.
