摘　　要：探讨了利用flex和bison工具开发混合信号边界扫描系统EDIF网表文件解析器的基本步骤和方法,并利用这两个工具强大的功能生成了EDIF网表文件的词法分析器和语法分析器;与直接使用高级语言相比,自动生成的EDIF解析器具有功能完善、简洁明了、易于修改和扩充等突出特点。An implementation of EDIF document compiler for mixed-signal boundary scan system is described, by using flex and bison. With the strong function of the two tools, EDIF document morphology analyzer and the grammar analyzer are produced. Compared with advanced language directly, the automatic production EDIF compiler has the several advantages ： perfect function, easy to understand, revice and expansion.
