摘　　要：The paper makes comparison and analysis on the intensity and structure of technological resource input in the enterprises in Zheijang Province.The author thinks that the overall technological resource input in those enterprises is not low,but there’s little input for initiative innovation within the enterprises,and the strategy of technology development has been oriented to overly rely on introducing new technology from outside.Based on this analysis,the author gives some suggestions at policy level in terms of improving the capability of initiative innovation in enterprises.The paper makes comparison and analysis on the intensity and structure of technological resource input in the enterprises in Zheijang Province.
