摘　　要：在社会转型过程中,民间组织成为构建和谐社区不可或缺的要素。社区民间组织对促进社区民主自治,实现社区有序管理;完善社区服务体系,保证居民安居乐业;繁荣社区文化,促进社区文明祥和;化解社会矛盾,稳定社区安全等方面发挥着重要作用。During the transition process, the civil organizations in community are becoming indispensable elements in the way to building a harmonious community with their working space expanding constantly .This paper analyses the important function of the civil organizaions in community in the view of promoting self-government by community residents , realizing community management orderly , consummating community services system ,prospering community culture , establishing civilized and harmonious community and stabilizing society ,etc.
