摘　　要：高校财务管理是高校内部管理的重要组成部分,随着高校改革的深入发展,高校办学过程中的经济行为也趋于多元化,学校的财务工作面临着更为复杂的局面。如何规范高校的财务行为,加强财务管理,提高资金使用效益,形成高校经济活动中的自我约束机制,在高校实行科学管理过程中显得尤为重要。文章首先对我国高校财务状况进行了调研分析,然后针对高校财务工作存在的诸多问题提出一些解决措施。University＇ s financial management is the important component of management of the university. With the deep development that the university reformed, the economic activity in the university management tends towards the pluralism, and the financial affairs of the school face more complicated situation too. It seems particularly improve the utilization benefit of the fund, and form the self- fled mechanism in university＇ s economic activity. This essay puts forwards some settlement measures of a variety of problems directly against university＇ s financial affairs existence, and the purpose is to raise the efficieney in school management of the university.
