2005年青岛市某电缆厂噪声作业工人心血管系统损害情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]进一步观察噪声对心血管系统的影响。[方法]2005年3月,在青岛市某电缆厂,检测作业场所噪声强度,对144名接触稳态噪声的作业人员进行职业健康检查。[结果]高血压检出率接噪组为5.6%,对照组为0.9%(P<0.01);心电图异常率接噪组为22.2%,对照组为3.5%(P<0.01)。接噪组不同工龄者心电图异常率不同(P<0.01),11～15年组高达62.5%。[结论]电缆厂接触噪声的作业工人高血压患病率与心电图异常率增高。[Objective]To observe the influence of noise on the cardiovascular system further. [Methods]March, 2005,in a electric cable factory of Qingdao, the noise intensity in the workplace was tested, occupational health inspection to 144 workers exposed to steady noise was carried on. [Results]The positive rate of hypertension was 5.6 % in the noise exposed group,0. 9% in the control group （ P 〈0.01）;the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram （ECG） was 22.2% in noise exposed group,which was significantly higher than 3.5% in the control group （ P 〈0. 01）. If the length of working was different in the noise exposed group,the abnormal rate of ECG was dissimilarity （ P 〈0.01）. In 11-15 years service group, the rate was up to 62.5 %. [Conclusion]In those workers exposed to steady noise of cable factory, hypertension and the abnormal rate of ECG increased.
