摘　　要：分析了供应链网络结构及其运作过程,指出供应链之间不仅存在竞争,也存在协作与协调,而这一协调的主要执行者是处于不同供应链中的相同供应商/制造商。将工作流技术应用到供应链运作过程管理和控制中,建立基于代理的供应链运作框架模型。In this paper, the supply chain network and operation processes are analyzed. Besides competition, there are also collaboration and coordination between supply chains, then the main executor of the coordination is the same supplier/manufacturer in the different SCs. Workflow and coordination strategy are introduced in the management and control of the supply chain operation processes （ SCOP）. The agent -based framework model for the SCOP management is provided.
