肺癌患者尿HCG　RIA的临床意义

摘　　要：对１０２例不同病理类型和ＴＮＭ分期肺癌患者进行尿ＨＣＧＲＩＡ，并与血清ＣＥＡ、ＳＦ、ＲＩＡ对照分析。尿ＨＣＧ测定的均值明显高于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。且手术前后ＨＣＧ水平变化明显（Ｐ＜０．０１），术后下降。不同病理类型的ＨＣＧ水平为腺癌＞小细胞癌＞鳞癌，但三者的差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ＴＮＭ分期越晚ＨＣＧ水平越高，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明尿ＨＣＧＲＩＡ是肺癌临床辅助诊断、ＴＮＭ分期、疗效观察和预后监测的指标之一。The uric HCG level in 102 cases of lung cancer with different histological types and TNM stages was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The result demistrated that the uric HCG level in lung cancer patients was significantly higher than that in normal control( P<0.01) and significantly lower after radical operation(P<0.01). As for the different histological types. The HCG level became lower in the order of adenocarcinoma small cell cancer squmous cell cancer, but the difference was not significant among them(P>0.05).According to TNM stage system,the later stage,the higher uric HCG level was,the level in stage Ⅲ、Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stageⅠ、Ⅱ(P<0.01). These data suggests that uric HCG RIA is sensitive and valid parameter in diagnosis, TNM stage, observing treatment result and surveillance of metastasis and prognosis for lung cancer.
