摘　　要：采用理论分析比较分析法和通过分析土地利用规划对人与自然一体化的作用,从人与自然关系的视角对我国现行土地利用规划进行反思,并借鉴国外的相关研究,来阐明人与自然和谐发展在新一轮土地利用规划中的重要性,提出了土地利用规划中处理好人与自然关系的对策和建议,指出新一轮土地利用规划的最高境界,应该是达到人与自然的平衡、协调。The purpose of this paper was to discuss the effect of unification of person and nature in land use planning and consider the problem of active land use planning from the point of relationship in person and nature of view. Then it explained the importance of harmonious and unification of person and nature in land use planning. Methods of theoretic analysis and comparison method were employed. The results indicated the countermeasures and advices of the way to deal with the relationship of person and nature in land use planning. The conclusion demonstrated the successful land use planning needs harmonious and unification of person and nature.
