摘 要:柴油发动机工作时每个循环的空气进气量基本上都是恒定的,要改变输出功率,只有通过改变喷油量(即改变混合气的浓度)来调节各个工况。因此,柴油机不能像汽油机那样可以改变过量空气系数来改变部分负荷时的排放。柴油机在相同的过量空气系数前提下,要降低废气的排放,只有通过改善发动机燃油喷射系统和对混合气质量的提高来完成。为此,论述了柴油发动机采用电控技术,特别是电控共轨式喷射技术(即共轨式燃油喷射系统),对降低柴油发动机的排放和提高有效功率的影响。The air inflow in each circle is basically constant, while the diesel engine is working. So each working condition is adjusted to change the output power, by means of changing the oil injection (changing the density of the gas mixture).Henee, the diesel engine can not change its excessive air coefficient to change the emission when partly loading as the petrol engine. On the premise of the same excessive air coefficient, the emission requirements of the diesel engine can be improved by improving the fuel injection system in the engine and the quality of the gas mixture. But the diesel engine has adopted the electric control technology, especially the electric-control common-rail fuel injection technology the common-rail fuel injection system, which has especially important significance to reduce the emission of the diesel engine and improve its effective power.
