摘　　要：钢铁产品与其他产品一样也有其产品生命周期。本文以莱钢20CrMnTi齿轮钢为例，从齿轮钢的发展、结构变化、产品利润以及国家宏观政策等方面进行了分析，并界定了20CrMnTi齿轮钢所处的产品生命周期。进一步指出莱钢在齿轮钢开发及市场销售方面应采取的措施，对同类型企业产品开发具有一定的借鉴意义。The steal and iron products have life cycle just like other products. Taking the case of 20CrMnTi gear steel producing in Laiwu Steel Co. Ltd, the authors analyze its development, structural changes, profit and the national macroscopic policy to it as well, and then define the life cycle of the 20CrMnTi gear steel. This paper further brings forward some measures in developing and selling gear steel, which can be guide to develop the same type product in Laiwu Steel Co. Ltd.
