摘　　要：作为新的逻辑分支,非形式逻辑是一种具有现代性特征的逻辑:从其兴起的动力说,它是一种旨在应对现代性问题的逻辑;从其发展的方式看,它是一种体现着逻辑自身现代性的逻辑;从其在中国的引入历程讲,它是一种对传统逻辑的现代化具有示范意义的逻辑。As a new branch of logic, informal logic is a kind of logic with many modern characteristics. （1）As to the rise of informal logic, it is a kind of logic dealing with the issues of modernity. （2）As far as the way of development be concerned, it is a kind of logic embodying the modernity of logic itself. （3） Considering the introduction of informal logic into contemporary China, it is a kind of logic which is the example of modernization of traditional logic.
