Dyract AP复合体和流体树脂联合充填后牙窝洞的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察DyractAP复合体和流体树脂联合充填后牙窝洞的临床效果。方法:选择口腔门诊450个后牙面洞、邻面洞,连续观察5a,评价其临床效果。结果:1a复查,100%的充填物临床效果优;2a复查,临床效果优者443牙,占98.44%;3a复查,临床效果优者434牙,占96.44%;5a复查,临床效果优者418牙,占92.89%。结论:DyractAP复合体和流体树脂联合充填后牙窝洞的临床效果满意。Objective： To research clinical effect of posterior tooth be fulled with Dyract Ap composite and flowable resin. Methods： To select 450 cases of occlusal caves and mesial and distal occlusal caves of posterior tooth. To continue to research in five years and evaluate its clinical effect. Result： To examine and find all of clinical effect is wonderful after a year. 443 cases, 98.44% after two years, 434 cases, 96.44% after three years, 418 cases, 92.89%, after five years, Conclusion. Clinical effect of cave of posterior tooth be fulled is satisfacting with Dyract AP composite and flowable resin.
