摘 要:研究了直接驱动技术的原理,分析了伺服回路设计的主要技术问题,并将研究结果应用于新产品设计,完成了快速原型试验验证。结果表明,直接驱动阀式作动器能够满足电传飞行控制系统的要求,其性能可以达到传统伺服阀式作动器的水平,但由于其结构简单、成本低、可靠性高,最终将取代伺服阀式作动器用于新一代战机。DDV servo actuator is a new generation of hydraulic redundant actuator, which has been used in many advanced aircraft. In the full paper we explain in detail our development of DDV actuator; in this abstract we just summarize briefly how we developed it. This paper describes DDV actuator, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of DDV actuator compared to the Electro-Hydraulic Valve (EHV) actuator. The problems of designing servo system of DDV actuator are discussed thoroughly, including servo system design, current equalization and failure monitor design. In order to verify the performance of DDV actuator, a prototype unit was designed and built. For rapid prototyping, it was tested in a new way -- real-time simulation based on Matlab; the results show that the performance of DDV actuator developed by us can fully meet the requirements of fly-by-wire system. Since the DDV actuator eliminates the hydraulic amplification stage of an EHV by directly positioning the valve with a force motor, this reduces the complexity and cost and improves the reliability, it will finally replace the EHV actuator in new advanced fighter.
