摘 要:采用加权因子法提出了综合汽车动力性、经济性与排放性于一体的汽车动力传动系合理匹配的综合评价指标,并给出了各参数因子的确定方法及权系数确定原则。利用Advisor软件建立了汽车动力传动系仿真模型,结合Matlab优化工具箱编制了汽车动力传动系优化程序。通过试验验证了仿真模型的准确性,在此基础上考虑排放特性约束对某轿车的动力传动系进行了优化匹配。The viewpoint that the exhaust emission constraint (VP) optimal matching was advanced, and a comprehensive with integration of the dynamic performance, the fuel economy should be included in the vehicle powertrain evaluation system for the VP optimal matching and the exhaust emission behavior by means of the weighting factors was established, followed by the determination approaches of parameters and weighting factors. A simulation model was built for the VP using the software Advisor, and a VP optimization program was compiled with the Matlab optimization toolbox. The model was validated by tests and the tested model was used to optimize the powertrain of a certain car with added constraint of its exhaust emission behavior. The results showed the consideration of the exhaust emission constraint in the VP matching reduces the exhaust emissious effectively.
