黄芪建中汤对幽门螺杆菌感染脾虚大鼠丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪建中汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的作用机制。方法将50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组(中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组),除正常组外,参考文献方法造模,测定胃黏膜丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果黄芪建中汤中剂量组、高剂量组大鼠SOD水平明显升高,MDA水平明显降低,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤可清除氧自由基,具有明显的抗氧化作用,为临床用于幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的治疗提供了依据。Objective It is to discuss the mechanism of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastritis related with H. pylori infection. Methods 50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, treatment group （low dosage of traditional Chinese medicine group, moderate dosage of traditional Chinese medicine group and high dosage of traditional Chinese medicine group）. The models were made with the method in reference except normal group. The contents of MDA and SOD were measured. Results The content of SOD obviously increased and that of MDA decreased in moderate and high dosage of traditional Chinese medicine groups, and the difference was significant compared with that in model groupP 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can clear oxygen free radical and has an obvious antioxidation so to provide some evidence for the treatment for gastritis related with H. pylori infection in clinic.
