摘  要:目的探讨中国汉族人群中Fas基因A-670G单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的相互关系。方法采用等位基因特异性PCR(A-S PCR)技术检测509例AD患者和561名健康对照者Fas基因A-670G位点SNP的分布,并分析各基因型与发病年龄和疾病严重程度的关系。结果AD组和对照组基因型频率(χ2=0.66,P>0.05)及等位基因频率(χ2=0.70,P>0.05)差异均无统计学意义。进一步将样本按发病年龄和性别分层其差异也未发现统计学意义(P>0.05)。而且,各基因型与发病年龄、疾病严重程度也不相关。结论中国汉族人群中Fas基因A-670G位点SNP与AD无关联。Objective To evaluate the correlation of A-670G single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in Fas gene with Alzheimer disease (AD) in Chinese Han population. Methods A-670G SNP in Fas gene was detected by Allele-Specific PCR (A-S PCR) technique in 509 patients with AD and 561 healthy controls. Results The current study did not demonstrate any significant difference in A-670G Fas genotype (X^2 = 0. 66, P〉0.05) or allele frequencies (X^2 = 0. 70, P〉0. 05) between AD patients and controls. When AD and control groups were stratified by age/age at onset and sex, no significant difference was observed in age/age at onset subsets or in gender subsets (P 〉 0. 05). Our data also showed no significant difference of the correlation between the genotypes and the severity of the disease. One-Way ANOVA showed that Fas genotype had no effect on the age of onset for developing AD. Conclusions Our results indicate that A-670G SNP in Fas gene is not associated with AD.
