摘　　要：目的观察老年食管癌患者手术后呼吸道感染的发生情况及预防效果。方法回顾性分析60岁以上食管癌手术患者129例,分组对比不同预防方法对呼吸道感染发生率的影响。结果A组肺部感染发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论老年食管癌患者手术前后积极采取必要的预防措施,可降低手术后肺感染的发生率。Objective To observe the incidence and preventive results of postoperative lung infection in aged patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 129 cases over 60 years old with esophageal cancer were analysized retrospectively. They were divided into two groups to study the different methods of preventive influence at the incidence of respiratory tract infection. Results There was a significant difference in lung infection between group A and B （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It can decrease the incidence of postopera- tive lung infection in aged patients to take some necessary prevention measures preoperatively and postoperatively.
