摘　　要：三峡库区社会经济环境的发展变化,受到了政府及公众的关注,建立三峡库区的社会经济专题查询系统对分析和反映库区社会经济动态具有重要意义。根据三峡生态与环境监测系统的需求和社会经济专题的特点,对系统功能进行了设计,并采用.NET技术和ArcIMS开发工具实现了三峡库区的社会经济专题查询分析。本文分析了WebGIS在社会经济专题中的应用优势,并对系统功能、建设流程、关键技术等作了较详细的阐述。Development and change of socio-economical environment in Three Gorges reservoir area has aroused concern of the government and the public. The establishment of the socio-economic query system in the Three Gorges reservoir area is important to analyze and reflect the dynamic socio-economical environment change of the reservoir area. According to the need of the Three Gorges ecological and environmental monitoring system and the characteristics of the socio- economic theme, the functions of the system are designed. Moreover, the system is implemented by. NET and ARCIMS. The paper analyzed the advantages of WebGIS used in the socio- economical theme and introduced the system functions, construction processes and key technology in detail.
