摘　　要：原生质体的制备及再生,是原生质体技术的前提和基础。本文较全面地介绍了影响微生物原生质体制备及再生的因素,以期在原生质体形成和再生的最佳条件下制备原生质体,为进一步实验打下良好的基础。Formation and regeneration of protoplasm is the precondition and foundation of protoplasm technology. The factors that affect the formation and regeneration of protoplasts from microorganism were investigated to find the optimum condition of formation and regeneration ofprotoplasts. It is important to make the good foundation for further research.
