摘　　要：综述了近年来化学刺激响应性凝胶材料方面的研究进展,介绍了能感应pH和化学物质等化学因素变化的响应性凝胶在药物控制释放方面的研究近况及其结构特点和响应机理.This paper reviews recent research results of chemical stimulus responsive hydrogel and its applications in drug-controlled release, which is respondent to the external stimulus such as pH and some chemicals. The structure and responsive mechanism of responsible hydrogels are also discussed in this paper.
