放疗结合安替可胶囊治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ期鼻咽癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察放疗结合安替可胶囊治疗II～IV期的鼻咽癌的临床疗效。方法经病理确诊为II～IV期的鼻咽癌初治患者:治疗组(36例)用放疗结合安替可胶囊治疗;对照组(33例)单纯给予常规放射治疗。放射治疗方法、剂量两组相同,应用钴—60治疗,每周5次,每次2Gy,鼻咽癌放射剂量为65～70Gy/6.5～7周,颈淋巴结放射剂量为65～70Gy/6.5～7周。观察两组鼻咽癌及颈淋巴结完全消退所需的放射剂量,鼻咽癌及颈淋巴结的完全消退率。结果两组鼻咽癌完全消退所需的平均放射剂量分别为(41.6±8.9)Gy和(50.7±9.2)Gy(P<0.05),颈淋巴结完全消退所需的平均放射剂量分别为(47.4±10.3)Gy和(56.2±9.7)Gy(P<0.05)。治疗结束后3个月,临床及影像学检查鼻咽癌完全消退率分别为94.4%和87.9%(P>0.05),颈淋巴结完全消退率分别为86.1%和63.6%(P<0.05)。两组放疗毒副反应相似(P>0.05)。结论安替可胶囊配合放射治疗II-IV期鼻咽癌有助于提高肿瘤消退速度和完全消退率,对改善鼻咽癌患者一般状况有一定的作用。Objective To compare the ettect of radiotherapy combined with Antike capsule and radiotherapy alone in treating nasopharyngeal cancer （NPC） patients. Methods Sixty-nine patients with pathologically confirmed NPC （stage Ⅱ～Ⅳ） were randomly divided into two groups groupA（36 cases） were treated with radiotherapy, receiving 65-70Gy/6.5-7 weeks to nasopharynx region and the same dose to neck region, and Antike capsule was given in combination. Group B （33 cases） received the same radiotherapy alone. The totol doses of radiotherapy for complete remission of primry nasopharyngeal tumor and neck radiotherapy alone. The total doses of radiotherapy for complete remission of primary nasopharyngeal tumor and neck lymph nodes, the complete remission rate in the two groups were compared. Results The total doses of radiotherapy for complete remission in gronp A and B were （41.6±8.9） Gy vs （50.7 ±9.2） Gy for primary nasopharyngeal tumor, P〈0.05 and （47.4± 10.3） Gy vs （56.2 ±9.7） Gy for neck lymph nodes, P〈0. 05. The complete remission rate of primary nasopharyngeal tumor in group A and B were 94.4% and 87.9% respectively, P〈0.05. eonclusion Radiotherapy combined with Antike capsule could be helpful in elevating and promoting the remission rate of primary tumor and neck lymph nodes, and Antike capsule has some effects in improving general condition in NPC patients during radiotherapy.
