后牙劈裂保留修复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨后牙劈裂保留修复的疗效。方法回顾性分析15例后牙劈裂的治疗情况。结果观察半年至2年，15例患者中14颗牙保留修复效果良好，治疗后患者无任何不适，咀嚼功能正常，1例效果欠佳。结论此方法优越性大，不拔牙，易被患者所接受，是一种切实可行的修复方法。Objective To observe the prosthetic effect of broken molar. Methods 15 cases of broken molar were summarized by retrospective analysis. Results During the observed period from half a year to two years, Among 15 patients, 14 teeth were successful by reserve plerosis, no upset occurenced, masticatory movement was normal, one case failure. Conclusion The method is of many advantages, and it is a practical, feasible restoring method.
