摘　　要：目的对疏肝舒乳颗粒(SGSR)内β-胡萝卜素(-βC)进行定性检测,探讨SGSR抗乳腺组织增生及抗癌的作用机制。方法应用分光光度法,测定不同浓度-βC标准品及样品的吸收值,制备标准品的标准曲线和样品的吸收曲线。结果样品经氯仿提取后,在450nm的波长处有着同β-C标准品基本一致的曲线。结论SGSR内含有β-C及β-C类物质,SGSR抗增生、抗癌的机理之一是通过-βC而发挥作用的。Objective： Qualitative analysis of β-carotene（β--C） is made in Shugan Shuru granule（SGSR）so as to investigate the mechanism of SGSR in anti-hyperlasia and anti-cancer of breast. Methods： The Abs. curves of different concentrations of standard β-C and sample were measured by spectrophotometer. Results： After extracting of sample with chloroform there was similar Abs. curves to the standard β-C at 450nm. Conclusion： SGSR contains β-carotene and carotenoid. One of the mechanism of SGSR in anti--hyperlasia and anti-cancer of breast plays its part by means of β-caroterte.
