工程应用型本科院校生产实习有效途径探索

摘　　要：生产实习是工程应用型本科院校培养应用型人才的重要环节,面对新的就业形势和压力,针对双向选择的就业模式,生产实习教学环节作了相应的改革,探索出多种渠道并举的生产实习模式,并调整了人才培养方案,多方面给学生提供动手操作训练的机会,既适应培养高素质应用型人才的需要,也兼顾了学生预就业。Productive practice is an important teaching section of the undergraduate program at application- oriented engineering institutes. In a tight job market which is characterized by the two - way selection, it is necessary to reform this section and come up with a multi - channel model of productive practice. In the same time the whole curriculum needs adjusting so that students will be given more chances to learn by doing. In this way, the quality of the graduates will be guaranteed and opportunities of pre- employment be provided.
