摘　　要：高校学报责任编辑要很好地履行其主要职责:当好学报策划的“工程师”、慧眼识珠的“甄别师”、优秀学术论文的“助产士”,不断提高学报质量,就必须注重各类学习,并在编辑实践中锤炼,在社会活动中修行,不断提高自己的思想政治修养、科学文化修养、编辑业务修养以及职业道德修养。The editor in Charge in Journal of higher education should fulfill his duties seriously. He should serve as the master engineer in the planning of journal, an efficient evaluator of articles, facilitator of high quality academic papers. To fully display his function, an editor should pay constant attention to the buildup of knowledge and enhance practice in order to raise his level of moral, education, professionalism and dedication.
