摘  要:高速卷绕头是化纤纺织机械中的核心部件,目前不少化纤厂家使用的仍然是早期的卷绕头,已不适应当前高速纺丝的要求,亟需开发出技术先进的全自动换筒卷绕头。根据卷绕工艺和工程实际的要求,针对卷绕恒线速度控制及其抗干扰性能等核心问题,将自抗扰控制器控制算法引入到高速卷绕头控制中,进行了大量的理论、仿真和实验研究,并且在上海二纺机股份有限公司的EJQ29X型自动切换高速卷绕头上成功应用,取得了令人满意的效果,为实现卷绕头高速化提供了一项重要技术。The high - speed winder is the hard - core of chemical fiber machines, but the most presently homemade winders' winding lines all use the inchoate products. In order to meet the requirements of market, it is need to research and develop the high - speed winders quickly. Combining with winding characteristics and engineering requirements, this paper conducts a great deal of theoretical, experimental and simulation research in ADRC (active disturbance rejection controller) for constant velocity winding control, anti - disturbance and sync - drives control. Finally, this control method has been successfully applied in developing high - speed winder in shanghai Erfangji Co. Ltd. ADRC is regarded as an important method to resolve the problems of constant - velocity winding and anti - disturbance etc. in winding process because of its excellent theory and control algorithm.
