摘 要:以30%乙醇溶液从板栗壳中提取得到板栗壳色素CSPⅠ,并以Fenton反应产生.OH模型、邻苯三酚自氧化反应产生O2-.模型,用紫外和可见分光光度法试验了CSPⅠ对模型中产生的.OH和O2-.的清除作用。结果表明,CSPⅠ具有良好的清除.OH作用,且清除作用与色素浓度呈正相关性,EC50为75.65 mg/L;而CSPⅠ对O2-.没有明显的清除作用。The pigment noted as CSP was extracted from chestnut shell with 30 % alcohol/water. The scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals of the pigment from chestnut shell were studied by UV-visible spectroscopy. The hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion radicals are produced respectively in Fenton reaction and pyrogallol autoxidation system. The results showed that CSP I had the scavenging activity to hydroxyl radicals in a concentration -dependent manner. The scavenging capacity to hydroxyl radicals was represented by the concentration scavenging 50 % of all of radicals, which of CSP I was 75.65 mg/L. CSP I had no remarkable scavenging activity to superoxide anion radicals.
