摘  要:引入等效弹性模量和名义截面应力的概念,建立了单向非规则多孔材料层合板的正交各向异性力学模型。利用实验分析的方法,确定了材料的相关弹性常数,并以多层瓦楞纸板和聚碳酸脂单向多孔板为例,分析了材料的力学性能、破坏模式和破坏机理,验证了材料刚度性能的互等关系。研究表明:在非规则多孔纸质层合板的设计中,用0°-90°双向交叉铺设代替目前的单向多孔铺设方式能更有效地提高其整体抗拉强度。The equivalent elastic modulus and the nominal axial stress of non-regular holey laminated plates are assumed. A plane stress model is presented in this paper based on the strength theory of anisotropic materials. Equivalent elastic modulus and shear elastic modulus and Poisson' s ratio of materials are obtained through the experiment, and the mechanical properties and the failure patterns are discussed for the corrugated paperboards and the polycarbonate holey plates under the state of plane stress. It is found that the stiffness reciprocal relationship is well satisfied for each type of materials. The experimental results show that the mean tension strength of corrugated paper laminated plates designed in 0° -90° cross pattern is better than that designed in uniform axial holes.
