摘　　要：当今大学德育中存在着忽视主体性的倾向,因此造成德育效果低下。而忽视主体性有一定的历史根源,主要是中国的家族文化和整体主义倾向造成的。中国从计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变,以及现代科学技术的迅速发展,还有个人自由全面的发展都必然要求发展人的主体性。在道德教育中,教育者和被教育者都要从各自的角度去发展人的主体性。At present, moral education in higher educational institutions appears inefficient, and one of the causes of this is the negligence of the students＇ subjectiveness. The family culture of China and the communitarian ideology are believed to blame. Man＇s subjectiveness serves as the premise of China＇s transformation from planned economy to market economy, quick development of modern science and technology and the individual all - round maturation. In the process of moral education, both the educator and the educated must aim to develop man＇s subjectiveness from each of their dimensions.
