摘　　要：目前,我国中小企业难以从国有商业银行和资本市场上融通资金,其原因是由于现有的单一全国性资本市场上较严格的信息披露机制与中小企业信息管理不相适应。现阶段,政府应对民间资本市场加以引导,通过建立地区性的资本市场、中小商业银行等手段,建立与中小企业相适应的解决信息不对称问题的方式,从而拓宽中小企业融资渠道,增加社会的总体福利。At present it is difficult for SMEs of our country to get financial support trom either state - owned banks or capital market because the rigid informatin publication mechanism in the present single nationwide capital market doesnt fit the information management in SMEs. At present, the government should guide the non - government capital market, by the means of setting up regional capital market and small and medium commercial banks, establish means to solve the problem of information dissymmetry that fit SMEs in order to widen SMEs＇financing channel and increase the overall social welfare.
