朝鲜族男性人群DYS 19基因座遗传多态性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨Y染色体特异性STR基因座DYS 19的遗传多态性在朝鲜族男性人群中的分布情况.[方法]应用PCR,PAGE技术分离扩增产物,结合应用银染显带技术对延边地区朝鲜族男性居民DYS 19基因座进行调查.[结果]在DYS 19基因座中检测出5个等位基因,其频率分别为0.06,0.08,0.48,0.32,0.06,个人识别率为66.7%.[结论]所得到的等位基因频率可为朝鲜族人群法医学个人识别、亲子鉴定及遗传学研究提供依据.OBJECTIVE To investigate the DYS19 STR locus allele distribution among male of KoreanChinese ethnic group. METHODS The amplification was carried out by PCR and PAGE, and the alleles of DYS19 STR locus in male of Korean-Chinese nationality ethnic group detection was studied gel electrophoresis method with silver staining. RESULTS Total five alleles were observed by polyacrylamide among all samples and the frequencies were 0.06, 0.08. 0.48. 0.32 and 0.06, respectively. The calculated gene diversity was 66.7 %. CONCLUSION The data obtained can be used in individual identification, paternity test and population genetics investigation for Korean-Chinese nationality ethnic group.
