摘　　要：目的观察新城疫病毒(NDV)对裸鼠人肺癌移植瘤的抗肿瘤作用。方法建立人肺腺癌细胞系spc-a-1在裸小鼠皮下移植瘤动物模型,瘤体内1次注射NDV病毒作抗肿瘤研究,同时设PBS对照,观察6周,绘制肿瘤生长曲线,比较两组肿瘤体积变化。结果NDV组肿瘤生长迟缓,PBS组肿瘤生长迅速,6周后PBS组瘤重明显大于NDV组(P<0·01)。结论NDV对裸小鼠人肺腺癌移植瘤有明显的抑制作用。Objective To evaluate the anti- tumor effect of Newcastle disease virus（NDV） in athymic mice with human adenocarcinoma xenografts. Methods Eighteen athymic mice with subcutaneous human lung adenocarcinoma xenografts were randomly divided into two groups and given intratumoral injection of NDV or PBS. The volume of tumor was measured for 6 weeks. Results After once injection of live NDV, the tumor of mice treated with NDV grew very slowly, whereas rapid tumor growth occurred in the mice treated with PBS. The weight and volume of the tumor of the mice treated with PBS were significantly greater than those treated with NDV （P〈0.01）. Conclusion NDV has a marked inhibitory effect on human lung adenocarcinoma xenografts.
