摘 要:目的建立标准化A超测量正常人眼外肌厚度的正常值范围。方法使用标准化的A/B型超声仪,采用标准化A超联合B超的方法测量107例214眼的眼外肌厚度。结果测得正常人内直肌厚度为(4.34±0.29)mm,外直肌为(4.07±0.32)mm,上直肌为(4.36±0.26)mm,下直肌为(4.02±0.28)mm,双侧对应眼外肌之间以及与不同年龄、性别、身高、体重及眼轴比较,差异均无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论标准化A超测得正常人眼外肌厚度的范围为3.98~4.40mm,对于以眼外肌病变为主的眶内病变具有重要的诊断和鉴别诊断意义。Objective To establish the range of diameters in normal extraocular muscles. Methods Extraocular rectus muscles of 107 subjects (214 eye) were. measured with standard A-scan and contact B-scan ultrasonograpity. Results The diameter of the medial rectus muscle was (4.34± 0.29) mm, the lateral rectus muscle was (4.07± 0.32)mm, the superior rectus muscle was (4.36± 0.26)mm, and the inferior rectus muscle was (4.02± 0.28)mm. There was no significant difference between the. bilateral orbits where cohered by age, gender, height, weight and axial length( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The range of diameters for normal extraocular muscles were 3.98- 4.40 mm, which provides information for clinical examiners to distinguish abnormal extraocular muscle from normal muscle.
