正常人眼外肌厚度的标准化A超测量

摘　　要：目的建立标准化A超测量正常人眼外肌厚度的正常值范围。方法使用标准化的A／B型超声仪，采用标准化A超联合B超的方法测量107例214眼的眼外肌厚度。结果测得正常人内直肌厚度为（4．34±0．29）mm，外直肌为（4．07±0．32）mm，上直肌为（4．36±0．26）mm，下直肌为（4．02±0．28）mm，双侧对应眼外肌之间以及与不同年龄、性别、身高、体重及眼轴比较，差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论标准化A超测得正常人眼外肌厚度的范围为3．98～4．40mm，对于以眼外肌病变为主的眶内病变具有重要的诊断和鉴别诊断意义。Objective To establish the range of diameters in normal extraocular muscles. Methods Extraocular rectus muscles of 107 subjects （214 eye） were. measured with standard A-scan and contact B-scan ultrasonograpity. Results The diameter of the medial rectus muscle was （4.34± 0.29） mm, the lateral rectus muscle was （4.07± 0.32）mm, the superior rectus muscle was （4.36± 0.26）mm, and the inferior rectus muscle was （4.02± 0.28）mm. There was no significant difference between the. bilateral orbits where cohered by age, gender, height, weight and axial length（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The range of diameters for normal extraocular muscles were 3.98- 4.40 mm, which provides information for clinical examiners to distinguish abnormal extraocular muscle from normal muscle.
